|Warranty Period:||All PC Illuminate professional grade display solutions are covered for 3 years from the purchase date.|
|Warranty Terms:||All display solutions are eligible for advance replacement LCD panels if during the warranty period, any panel goes out or is not working properly unless otherwise noted on the product page. In order for a replacement panel to be shipped prior to the faulty panel being returned, a valid credit card will be required but not charged as long as the faulty panel is returned within 14 days.|
|Zero Dead Pixel Policy:||All PC Illuminate display solutions are covered under our zero dead pixel policy unless otherwise noted on the product page. We guarantee each panel to be free of dead pixels on delivery. A panel found to have even a single dead, lit, or bright pixel may be returned for a replacement panel within 15 days of the initial delivery. If you discover a dead or lit pixel within 15 days and feel unsatisfied with the product, please use the contact form to send us a message so we can arrange for the panel exchange. We cannot replace panels due to dead or lit pixels after 15 days from the initial delivery date. In order to replace a panel under the pixel policy it must be received back to our offices within 7 days of contacting us. If it is not received back within 1 week after a pixel claim, we will return the panel as is to the customer at the customer's expense.|
|Return Policy:||All PC Illuminate displays are eligible for a no questions asked full refund within 15 days of the initial delivery if you are unsatisfied for any reason! Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee on our products as we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from PC Illuminate. In order to return a product you must contact us within 15 days of the initial delivery of the product and the product must be received back to our offices within 7 days of requesting the return. All returned items must be in new condition with all original accessories & manuals and must be in the original packaging. Insurance on the return product shipment to cover loss or damage during transit is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please see the terms section for complete return policy details.|

A professional grade display solution deserves professional grade pixel coverage, which is just another reason why PC Illuminate is a step ahead of the competition. Most manufacturers require a display to have at least 5+ bright pixels in the center of the screen to even consider a panel exchange, but PC Illuminate will replace a panel with just one bad pixel located anywhere on the screen! A panel found to have even a single dead, lit, or bright pixel may be returned for a replacement panel within 15 days of the initial delivery. We cannot replace panels due to dead or lit pixels after 15 days from the initial delivery date. In order to replace a panel under the pixel policy it must be received back to our offices within 7 days of contacting us. If it is not received back within 1 week after a pixel claim, we will return the panel as is to the customer at the customer's expense. We prescreen and test all panels prior to shipment to ensure our products are dead and lit pixel free prior to them leaving our facilities; however, due to the nature of LCD technology it is possible (although rare) for a dead or lit pixel to show up after transport or after the initial installation. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of products and/or services and support ("Product") sold in the United States by PC Illuminate. By placing your order for Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you have placed an order but do not wish to be subject to these terms and conditions, you must promptly cancel your order before it enters production and becomes non-cancellable. If you return your purchase within 15 days of the initial delivery date, we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping & handling fees. The return shipment and insurance costs for any product return are the sole responsibility of the customer. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY UNLESS (I) YOU HAVE A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PC ILLUMINATE, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (II) OTHER PC ILLUMINATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.
